I met up with Katie this morning at 8:30, we went on a roadtrip to Collingwood (Georgian Bay). We had breakfast at a Golden Griddle along the way. That was okay. Anyways, at Collingwood we went to these caves up atop Blue Mountain. They were really cool. We climbed in them and everything (I almost got stuck in one, I could barely fit!). Crazy. It was really really fun. Then we drove from Collingwood to Penetanguishene (I think that’s spelt right). Of course, I couldn’t understand my directions to Penetanguishene, so I sorta had to find my way there on my own. Needless to say, I made many many many u-turns before I found our way. And yah, so I drove A LOT today. I probably spent about (conservatively) $60 on gas today. Wow. Oh yah, and we also went on a short one-hour cruise at Penetanguishene, which was nice (lots of nice cottages). Being the kind of people that Katie and I are, we thought it’d be really cool if we drove to Newmarket and took Yonge Street from there all the way to downtown Toronto where it starts at Lake Ontario…so we did that, and it took a while. But it was actually quite interesting, I enjoyed it very much. That pretty much ended the day. We went home from there.
I’m sure I’ve missed a lot of other important stuff, my apologies. But I had a lot of fun.
